The first time he came out, Adam warned me that my door was probably going to need to be replaced sooner than later, and because of how good the first experience was, about a year later I called him to come out and replace my old, rotting door. It was another top-notch experience. Adam, and his sweet wife, came out and I couldn't believe how quickly the process went. The old door was down, and the new one up and dramatically improved the look of my house. Thank you Rise Up Doors! **END UPDATE**Adam answered the phone right away and told me he could come out the same afternoon. I was confused that he meant he would come out for an evaluation but he showed up ready to fix the door! I had purchased a new Chamberlin WiFi unit and due to 2 bad knees, failed back fusion, fused fingers on one hand, recent hip replacement, and the list goes on, was not up to a job which would have taken me a full day to complete. Thru Angie's List, or Home Adviser, I believe the latter, I contacted Rise Up Garage to do the install. "Adam" arrived within 48 hours, installed and programmed the new unit, and properly balanced out the door's torsion springs all within a hour's time span. The total cost was very, very, reasonable. I had replaced the torsion springs myself 9 years earlier, and never realized that they were not properly balanced. On 20 Sep 2018, one of my 10 year old torsion springs snapped. Even though I knew I could have changed them out myself, I immediately started looking for "Superman's" number. After tearing the house up looking for "Adam's" card, I was walking out into the garage to see if he had placed it on the garage door. Immediately, upon entering the garage, I observed his yellow and red sticker still posted on the side of my garage freezer. On 21 Sep 2018, at 12:01 pm, after less than 30 minutes, "Superman" had completed changing out the torsion springs, with upgraded springs, for which I had brought up, and had asked him about. Again, Adam quoted me a price, which was far less than what I thought the value, and the quality, for his service was to me. I'm very sorry for this exceptionally long review! SemperFi! read less
